Evelyn’s Background
Evelyn worked within many aspects of the home building and construction industry for several years. It must have started when she was maybe 10 years old, back in her homeland of Switzerland. She drew houses early in the mornings before school even started. Her houses where not like a usual 10 year olds, she drew floor plans with rooms and furniture, but mostly her houses where small and included large barns. The barn was, where most detail went into, as she named all her horses and made sure there was plenty of room for tack and food storage. Her love for horses grew and so did her love for Homes. After she finished school she went to work for an Architect. Three years later she moved to California to experience the much talked about “American Way Of Live”.
After a few years of moving around the bay area, she found herself living in the Sacramento Valley working once again in the construction industry. This time she worked together with a General Contractor where she managed several projects such as: kitchen, bathroom and whole house remodels, several landscaping projects and additions. She knows what it takes to get it done, from drawing the blue prints to painting the walls and she has all the right connections with people in the trade to get the job done and done right.
Evelyn has recently found a new passion in assisting people achieve their goals in Real Estate. Her background in the building industry has been a huge benefit to her clients and her eye for detail can turn any house into a home.
Besides working, Evelyn has a great love for her dog “Rover” and her horse “Rogue”.
She spends much time outdoors with her animals and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Favorite places for her to visit would include, the Gibson Ranch State Park, where she keeps her horse, Folsom Lake and of course the River for boating. She loves going to Tahoe, especially in the winter for snow skiing and also Old Town Sac for a good dinner in one of the many great restaurants.
Evelyn has a lot of energy and does everything she does with enthusiasm, whether it is pulling weeds in her garden, assisting one client to find the home of their dream or helping another client getting their home ready for the market. She takes her duty as your consultant very serious and will go the extra mile to assist you in achieving your goal.
